Returns
Use our easy return form included in your order or just take a sheet of paper and write down the following:

•  Your customer number
•  Your name and address

If exchanging, please note the following:

•  Any additional items you may want to purchase (if purchasing additional items please enclose check or credit card information)

If returning, please note the reason for the return.

Once you have this information filled out, box it up along with the item(s) to be returned.
